The purissima maxima is our variety without added sugar: excellent cocoa paste is only mixed with the finest milk from Tyrolean grey cattle, no sugar is added and no sugar substitute is added. Nevertheless, the taste is wonderfully balanced!

Ingredients: Cocoa mass, 30% whole milk powder cocoa butter.
No added sugar, naturally contains sugar (from milk).
Traces of nuts may be present.
