Dark chocolate with alpine herbs and caramel
The alpine herbs (rose, marigold, elder, meadowsweet, mint) are collected for us by the musician and mountain farmer Julia Moretti. They grow partly in her organic garden at 1000 m above sea level and partly wild at higher altitudes.

Dark chocolate (cocoa: 60% minimum) filled with 46% Alpine herb caramel cream.
Ingredients: Cocoa mass, sugar, 13% fresh cream, 5% whole milk powder cocoa butter, butter honey, emulsifier: Soya lecithin dried alpine herbs, natural vanilla, salt.
