Dark chocolate with Galtürer Enzian brandy
The fine brandy made from the root of the yellow, dotted gentian is a very rare treasure. To this day, old traditions are preserved in its production in Galtür, so that the Galtürer Enzianbrand has even been included in the UNESCO list of “Austrian Cultural Heritage”.

Dark chocolate (cocoa: 60% minimum) filled with 46% Galtürer gentian brandy cream.
Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa mass, 17% fresh cream cocoa butter, 5% whole milk powder 3% gentian brandy, fructose-glucose syrup, emulsifier: Soya lecithin natural vanilla.
Contains alcohol.
